Lockdown update, 1 June 2020

Following the recent advice from the Government and LTA, we are pleased to inform you that the following changes to the Club operations will come into force from tomorrow, 1st June 2020.

1) Doubles is now permitted from more than one house hold, however strict social distancing must still be maintained.

2) The Clubhouse will be opened to allow use of toilet facilities. Members are requested to ensure that wherever possible rubbish is taken away and also members should provide their own hand sanitation. We will have a cleaner coming in but we need to rely on members to tidy up after themselves.

3) Members should still bring their own balls but whilst playing you are now able to share balls with other players.

4) Please remember to keep the safe distancing of 2 metres apart and please ensure you access the courts through the gate near the clubhouse rather than via the Bowls club. Also, when you access court 1 and 2 please ensure you enter via the appropriate gate.
All court bookings must be made using Clubsparks.

5) Our Head Coach Matt will be in contact in the next day or so with detailed information regarding Drills and Coaching, which will commence on Monday 8th June.

We will be keeping the padlocks on for the time being as we appreciate that not everyone will want to enter the clubhouse.

Let’s hope the nice weather continues and everyone is able to enjoy the lovely facilities we have at Frensham LTC.
